Orders
Placing an order is very simple.
With one click enter the products in the cart, go to the cart and click Checkout.
Enter the personal data complete with tax code (private Italian clients) or VAT number (company or professional for EU countries ). Enter the shipping details and tick the mandatory fields.
Second stage is the shipping method, therefore, choose the correct DHL zone of the country where to ship.
Finally we ask you how you want to pay.
Take note: Vat (for EU countries) will be added to the final total.
Last step is the Order Confirmation ... check the data entered and check the mandatory fields. Once you have confirmed your order, our mail server will send you an e-mail confirmation containing the summary of your order.
Payments
There are several payment methods :
- Advance wire transfer (SEPA countries only)
- Paypal (all credit cards and Postepay)
Delivery
SUPREME TECHNOLOGY entrusts its shipments only to express couriers, mainly GLS for Italy and DHL for foreign countries. Shipping times for Italy are approximately 24 or 48 hours as all our products are ready for delivery because they are already present in our warehouse, barring unforeseen large orders, in which case the customer would be notified immediately.
For Italy, the courier GLS delivers during the day (not in the evening after 6pm, not on Saturdays), and, if he does not find anyone, he leaves a notice returning twice more. If you find the notice you can contact the courier by following the instructions. It is always better to indicate a place of delivery where there is someone to receive the shipment during office hours, for example a neighbor, relatives or even better at the workplace. We remind you that the courier is a company external to SUPREME TECHNOLOGY and therefore only makes delivery, and being express, its task is to deliver as quickly as possible, therefore it cannot agree on deliveries in particular hours or days, let alone warn by telephone before making the delivery.
NB. After the second try and if they fail to deliver, the goods are in storage at the courier so it will be your responsibility to contact the courier and pay the storage costs, but after 5 days of storage the goods will be returned to the sender. Once the goods returned to our premises, you must repay the shipping costs again + storage costs.
Warranty
All products sold by SUPREME TECHNOLOGY are covered by the conventional warranty, private consumers also enjoy a 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to DL 24/02. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the purchase invoice. In the event that a product sold by us has any defects or malfunctions, please contact us at info@supremetechnology.eu, one of our technicians will try to understand if it is a problem that can be solved without the return of the product (if incorrect configuration or lack of accessory). If, on the other hand, our technical support confirms the fault, you will be provided with an RMA number (Authorized Goods Return) with which it will be possible to return the product for repair or replacement. The shipping costs are free in the ten days after delivery (DOA), while subsequently the return is at the expense of the Customer, SUPREME TECHNOLOGY will take over the next shipment. It should be noted that the term private consumer means a private person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes a purchase without indicating a reference to VAT in the order form; the private consumer therefore benefits from the seller's guarantee (two years from delivery) of which 1 year the manufacturer's conventional guarantee (1 year from delivery); it should be noted that for professional users we mean those who purchase for professional purposes, or with a VAT number; the Professional User only benefits from the manufacturer's standard warranty (1 year from delivery, except for extensions granted by the manufacturer).
Invoices
For every order placed SUPREME TECHNOLOGY issues an invoice for the material sent, attaching it to the packaging of the order or sending it via email, in accordance with Article 14 of the D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is binding. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof. It is not possible to obtain separate invoices for individual products belonging to an order. The prices you find on our site are VAT excluded, because the billing changes according to the country where the product is purchased. EU citizens must pay VAT (value added tax), for EU countries, the Vat will be added to the cart, instead for non-European State, the vat will NOT be added in the cart. Customers outside the EU pay the customs duties and VAT of his country to the courier upon delivery, depending on the tax policies of the country of destination of the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
Your purchases in our online store, like all remote purchases sent by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of business premises, are subject to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies to final consumers private persons acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business (those who purchase for non-professional purposes, or without VAT). It does not apply to professional consumers (those who purchase for professional purposes, or with a VAT number). The right of withdrawal applies to all products not used and in its original packaging. It does not apply in the case of supply of custom made goods or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The will to withdraw, according to the law, must be communicated by registered letter a / r within 10 days of purchase. Wanting to offer a faster service SUPREME TECHNOLOGY accepts communications of withdrawal also sent via e-mail to info@supremetechnology.eu. Contact us anyway to get an RMA number (return authorized merchandise) necessary for the return. Send the products to be returned in their original packaging, writing the RMA number on the package, our address is SUPREME TECHNOLOGY Via S. Antonio 1 - 35042 Este (PADOVA) - Italy. Attach a copy of the invoice and your communication indicating the products and the returned quantities, the bank details on which to obtain the wire transfer (IBAN must be in the name of the invoice holder). If the procedure indicated above is carried out correctly, SUPREME TECHNOLOGY will provide as soon as possible (maximum 30 working days from receipt of the goods) to credit the Customer with the amount paid on the invoice, excluding shipping costs (art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999), in the case of shipments from foreign countries not belonging to the EU, any customs duties due for the return will be considered to be shouldered by the consumer.
Attention: return shipments without a copy of the communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, or in any case without a copy of the invoice or the RMA number on the package will not be accepted. We will not accept cash on delivery or in any case at our expense.
